In this lab we perform RNA, DNA isolation, gel electrophoresis and PCR. In LMRC molecular biology lab we also do sensitive tests for Hepatitis, Dengue Virus and Tuberculosis.

It is one of the best labs where every PCR test is performed on Real Time mic PCR system. Using this system for DNA, RNA extraction and amplification allows the detection of very low viral loads. In genomic lab we perform Sanger sequencing, epigenetics, micro RNA genotyping for cancer research.
